Having lived in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico for many years, I acquired a taste for the flavors of Southwestern foods. What really sparked my taste buds were the wonderful, native grown Chile peppers. Moving back to the East Coast and residing in Rockport, my search for Mexican foods offering different choices of Chile sauces {red or green} to compliment my meals proved futile. So I decided to import my own, and Chili Choice Products was born.

The authentic, spicy flavors that you taste in our home made Chile pepper sauces and fillings are the result of the special care taken by the 3rd generation Chile pepper farmer friends I met in Hatch, New Mexico. We created the Chili Choice Company four years ago, initially selling our now famous Chili Con Queso Dip, wholesale to markets and restaurants. When we built our commercial kitchen, at 20 Maplewood Avenue in Gloucester, we decided to also offer New Mexican and Native American prepared foods to go. We now offer a large selection of "home made", Burritos, Enchiladas, Tamales, fresh Salsa's, Wraps, Desserts and more.
